Piercing Policies

​

It is required that piercing clients not have had drugs or alcohol 8 hours prior to the procedure and it is recommended that they have eaten within 4 hours prior to getting a piercing.

 If you are 18+ You must have a valid photo ID to get a piercing; you can not have a guardian sign for you. 

We need the ID EVERY TIME you want ANY piercing performed, even if you have shown it on a prior occasion.

* FOR ALL MINORS *

In order to receive a piercing, a minor must be accompanied by a parent

or legal guardian with a valid government issued ID.

In addition, you MUST bring an ID for the minor getting pierced. 

If you are the parent of a minor, but you and the minor have different last names,

we need the minors birth certificate, documentation of why the last names do not match,

or some other legal documentation demonstrating guardianship.

ONLY parents or legal guardians can sign for a minor. No Exceptions.

 

CHECK LIST FOR MINORS

• Valid Government issued Identification from parent or legal guardian.

• Photo Identification with name included for the minor getting pierced (a current  school ID will do).

•  If last name and address on the state-issued ID do not match then please ALSO bring a copy of the minor’s birth certificate.​​​​

Acceptable Forms Of Identification

Please make sure to have the required identification or documents when coming to your appointment.

You must be 18+ and present one of the following:​

Driver's License

Passport

State Non-Driver's ID

Green card​

​

Minors getting pierced must have one of the following acceptable forms of ID and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who also has one of the identifications listed above:​
